Podean is pleased to announce the appointment of Alejandro Castillo Merediz as Managing Director of Latam.
Starting only a year ago in Mexico, Podean has quickly established a reputation as the “go-to” marketplace marketing specialists for brands that are serious about growing their ecommerce revenues and recognize that traditional media agencies are ill-equipped to meet such specific needs.
Podean focuses on helping clients grow their sales, and profits, on marketplaces with a focus on Amazon and MercadoLibre in the Latam region. Alex, as he is known to friends, joins Podean at a time when the agency is experiencing exponential growth, working with prestigious global brands including AbInbev, Danone and Under Armour as well as famous local brands.
Alex brings with him extensive experience spanning creative, content, media and retail. During his career he has worked on both sides of the fence – both at agencies and brands – leading media and digital strategy for brands such as Coca-Cola, Pepsi, L’Oréal and Danone, with extensive depth in CPG and holistic understanding of the advertising ecosystem in LATAM.
